Today is THE day! πŸ‘πŸ½

I feel as if today is the day! I’m so ready to get started, I’m ready to lose this weight. I’ve gained so much weight and lost so much confidence. I’ve said this so many times, but I literally want this to happen. Firstly we need to change our eating! That’s our biggest factor, we will then slowly incorporate workouts and become consistent. We will definitely have so many failures/set backs. But that’s just all apart of this journey. You’re reading this because you want to also be apart of our journey! We will take you along with us πŸ˜ŒπŸ€™πŸ½ here’s one of the first steps we’re taking to help reach my goal. If you haven’t tried this? Both vanilla & chocolate are very good! 😍
